Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
- Cancellation requests before dispatch may be accepted at our discretion.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during transit
- Manufacturing defect
Refund Process
- Customers must report issues within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Supporting images/videos are required.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
⚠️ Due to the nature of food products, no refunds or returns will be accepted once the product is opened or used.
